She looks very nice, but she does seem a bit short. Perhaps make her a few pixels taller?

no need to make her tall. It is possible to do in the game... but sprites are good

one more line at thigh and boot looks more rounded.

Looks very cool , you should probably look at Athena from king of fighters since she has in some intros (if i remember well) a pegasus to use for an intro or a special attack
