i think all that movement happened because some people placing larger bets and winning. i was one of them

remember, this tournament is about determining draft order for the 8 team leaders to pick from the lot of 32 fighters.

i was in 5th place before

mugen disciple aka ex-07 did make a big jump of 10 spots to 2nd though. on the leaderboard, now including ranking changes on the end.

we both did that because we both made big bets on a fight and it paid off.

I can't get very excited about the struggles.
I have a suggestion, what do you think if we've picked the characters who will represent us at the event?
I don't like to be represented by shazam.

i know you don't like being represent by shazam, but you had first pick and kind of disappeared at  the time allowing everyone to pick ahead of you. i couldn't hold up everything not knowing if/when you'd return at the time.

anyway, the tournament is only about draft order anyway. the draft and then setting the teams and then betting on all the matches when people's teams face one another is the main event

Hi, I want to know how I can enter my Shadow Dragon into the matches.

sorry, only marvel/dc chars used as the fighters. and then only ones with similar-ish AI.

with borewood2013 returned (halleluja, you were missed badly), reverting everything back for him now. will make special arrangements with skorpophobia since he was willing to step into his place when we didn't know what was up with borewood.

arrggh. and as i was doing all that, i noticed that i screwed up the fight announcement matchups in the pairs fights

will figure out a fix asap.

Hey volzzilla!    All of a sudden I have an idea about MFL! 

For those 2 vs 2 MFL matches right...........

How about making the points a bit more interesting by letting people bet extra thing like:
- get more points if you bet on 2 vs 2 and the winning team has 2 winners
- get fewer points if you bet on 2 vs 2 and the winning team has 1 winner

Example:
Spiderman + Superman vs Batman + Ironman
result:  Spiderman + Superman won
outcome #1:  Spiderman still stands while Superman is down
outcome #2:  Spiderman is down while Superman still stands
outcome #3:  both Spiderman + Superman stand

while i thank you for thinking outside the box and thinking of options, would like to stick to easy math. that was partly why i altered the bonus for correctly picking an underdog to win. that plus, wanted to up the bonus so maybe we'll see more people try to do that.

before, that bonus used to range from 27 to 42, but usually closer in the middle. that was due to 25+difference in vote+difference in named replies. now will be a straight 50 points.

not to mention, don't want to take away points from people's bets, as well as keep it to where the only way to get a bonus is by picking an underdog correctly.
