Thanks for sharing these but I'd rather just convert the anims from SF4 than use SFA edits.

Been working hard, completed some stuff.

Ex Tiger Uppercut is finished.


Ex Tiger Crush/Knee is finished.


Tiger Destruction is almost complete. Just needs some fine tuning/adjustments.

Done a lot more work since last update. Worked on lots of moves, anims and system stuff.

Tiger Genocide is done.



Still working on Tiger Destruction.

Finished all of Sagat's win quotes.

Sagat has no Win Screen port, btw.

Been messing around with Sagat's movelist, making his normal moves set more akin to SF4.

Made Sagat's S.LK, S.MK and S.HK deal two hits, like USF4. Removed his Close S.HP Launcher and made it his Close S.MP with no launching capabilities, like SF4. EX Fireballs pop the opponent up, like SF4, but the opponent is launched higher enabling Sagat to follow-up with most other attacks.

Adding in Neutral J.LP from SF4 and Tiger Tail (which is C.HK that doesn't trip) from SVC.

Sagat is VERY close to completion, excluding sprite work. If I skip a lot of sprite work and do it after release, Sagat could possibly be released before the end of the month or mid Feb.

Those Sagat win quotes are cool!  Yet I saw one win quote's score is 00232400 ("Hatred spares no one!") while other win quotes' scores are all 00000000's, so is there some subtle meaning in that?

Oh I just can't wait even though I have a great deal of patience (waiting for others' MUGEN releases)!

Sagat isn't dead... yet.

While I haven't been working on him for a while now, I have picked him back up. However, I have VERY little motivation to work on him. With HEAPS of sprite work that I lack the skill necessary to do, having trouble with Rajaa's system and with less and less time to work on MUGEN (due to school), I have been considering giving up.

I've got a friend who giving me a bit of help with some sprites. I'm also going to ask some people if they can lend me a hand. I really don't want this project to die, but a serious lack of motivation due to these reasons above is making me think otherwise.

The score doesn't affect the win quote given. I must have actually fought the opponent that match when I capped it.

I'm gonna try and not skip the spritework.
