purposely not voting for zvitor even though he had a great yr to try and spur competition against him   

Chuchoryu is definitely someone you don't want to compete against. I counted as best I could all of his releases and he has somewhere around 40-50 characters total! Various releases from multiple genres.

Zvitor is a long time prodigy and has spear headed a lot of projects and has worked with many creators and he is still making characters. He specializes in comic related characters.

Acey has some of the most popular releases this year and remarkably newcomer Jarro77 is neck and neck with him. Jarro77 has created some fantastic characters with incredible originality and skills.

cvs artist is tied with arkady. Arkady has brought about a lot of new comic related creations that have never been made for mugen while cvs artist singlehandedly ushered in soul calibur into mugen with an entire roster!

my voting choices here are purely about what I've witnessed last year, so it will of course look and sound bias, but in saying that, it is the truth for me, coz I seen it first hand in the creation process with them

1st = Acey 2013 was huge regarding all things mugen, due to my favourite and of course bias project AvX he single handily bug fixed and put a project together with over 20 characters of which he created some from scratch

2nd = Zvitor coz of all the works he got completed and released, also one of the major key creators for the AvX project ushering in Iron-man, Spider-man, plus other px updated characters that he made, being Ice-man, geez a lot of "-Man's" no wonder hawk-man got released hahahaha
and also scarlet witch and ms marvel (updated) major effort and kudos

3rd = me, coz I love votes hahahahaha   
I haven't put as much effort as these guys above me last year in "Actual" releases, but I did what I could with what time I had, and whatever they couldn't, so here's me tooting my own horn

it's been a train wreak of scheduling jumping from one wip to another, to finally releasing something finished, but also making a hell of a lot of characters but alas not in time for release in 2013 , Ant-man beta, Avalanche updated, & Pyro too, whilst juggling in Archangel and Sunfire
that with previous years work involving AvX with Scarlet witch, Luke Cage and Black Widow,
all that and smart pallet city with emma frost and thor, just for kicks
so I think I get a selfish vote point,.......... for myself muhuhuhuhuhahahahahahahahaha
