This is so hard because I'd like to vote a LOT of people for this because I appreciate you all!

Electro - He's just amazing in the sense that he's always pushing the MUGEN engine and showing us new ways to create.  He used to be the same way years ago in a previous game forum where I met him AND Intensity.  I've enjoyed watching him over the years. Truly inspiring.

Volzzilla - Vol is amazing.  He's supportive and he encourages us all.  He's passionate about MUGEN and works hard provide a place where we can all come and share that passion.   He's become an important friend and partner in my journey as a creator.

Arkady - He's a beast!  He's always got a project that I'm excited about, he's fantastic to work with, and I enjoy his characters!  When he aims to deliver, he does it in spades!

i don't know the order yet, but my 3 will be arkady, chimoru, and chuchoryu. i'll post the order later.

good yrs in general for cvs artist, pilgrim and gladiacloud too. and on a personal note, i liked what logansam, jarro77 and borewood released as well.

Aaahh, all creators are great! It's really hard to choose a Top 3!

But well, there it is.

1st - O Ilusionista (my teacher! ) - for your great two boss chars (Metool and Meka Dragon) and for the updated Mindless One (seriously, he's really hard to defeat! )
2nd - ELECTRO (my fella ) - for your awesome stages and for the Ultimate Kano. He's really an awesome char with a nice and unique concept.
3rd - Borewood (my nostalgic brother ) - for your awesome Berabow Man (that the guys forgot to mention in the first post), Kinnikuman and for the attempt to improve M.O.D.O.K. And of course for your EPIC SSFIV chars so far. I hope that he's continue working on more SSFIV and TRF2 chars aswell.

I want to mention Chuchoryu (mi gran y genial amigo ) for the update in Juri Han and for your great works and improvements in your chars, Arkady for the characters that i enjoy a lot, Black Panther and Dr. Strange and Chimoru for your awesome Sinestro and for the updated version of Zatanna. This is my second option of Top 3.

But as i said, all these creators made great works so far, and i hope to see more coming from them.
