CAN SOMEONE SHOW ME HOW TO USE SPRITES TO MAKE MARVEL CHAR?

I HAVE FOUND SOME VERY GOOD MARVEL SPRITES OF ALL THE CHARS NOT RELEASED YET I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A ONE OF THESE EXTREMLY RARE AND UNIQUE CHARS FOR MARVEL IF ANYONE CAN HELP AND WANT TO WORK ON IT PLZ PM ME OR REPLY TO THIS POST

Second of all,if by VERY GOOD MARVEL SPRITES!!1 you mean the ones that you posted,then no,you cant make a character out of those.
