Dark phoenix Pallete definitly going to be added , Not sure about the hair just yet i think its fine

Hair and sash thing could be animated better, but great job otherwise.

More animation C+Cs:
*In the breathing animation, her breast moves up two pixels in a blink. A transition frame for them will make it look smoother.
*Her head in the fire sphere animation could also use a touch up - her head moves but her hair doesn't move with it

Hey, these are great-looking sprites, guys. The only criticism I can offer is that her waist maybe looks a little too thick in the punch, Jean never needed to be all that muscly. But even so, it's still waaaaaaaaay better than other Jean sprites I've seen. It'll be awesome to have a worthy version of her in mugen.

I love it cause we finally have a Jean Grey WIP that ISN'T in her Jim Lee outfit (nothing against said outfit but I'm kinda getting tired of it)

its cool, but so many phoenix and jean grey

great phoenix design, love everything about it
only thing i would suggested though.. to replace belt cloth thing with one from some capcom char (jin, strider, kenshi..) thats only my preference though, cuz its looks good as it is now too
