I took inspiration from Injustice, where additional skins were used as secondary characters. If you think about it, the difference between Superman heroes is not that big.
Actually I never planned to make unique Cyborg, Ultraman and Eradicator. But, of people want it... Perhaps after Venom I would create a separate versions of these characters. But do not blame so much, not sure, that I would change a moveset.

if its possible then why not it will be good af having those characters on the roster

TBH, I already use your Superman Beyond as Eradicator in my roster. It's not that your char is inferior, but Eradicator is currently possible only by your Superman, and I'm thankful for that.

Now this is actually a topic I have been thinking about a lot recently. Especially now with Kamala Kahn and Kraven being released.
I might be one of the biggest Marvel fans. I'll throw in a few thoughts that I have. While mostly the biggest Marvel characters are created I still think there are some amazing B-list and C-list Marvel characters that I hope one day will get the shot to become playable.
Existing ones that could use an update in terms of gameplay or sprites;
Existing Characters:
- Kamala Kahn. While I love the fact that we now have Kamala Kahn, since she was one of the last remaining big names, I still think that she needs an overhaul on some sprites and coding, so she is less Athena. I especially have her in mind now with the new Disney+ show. - Loki. I do indeed enjoy the Loki in terms of "uniqueness" that it brings, but I wish he was less SNK, and more Capcom in terms of sprites. - Gamora. Needs some more moves in terms of what we already got. - Black Bolt. Kind of the same with Kamala, some touch up on the sprites and codes, since Black Bolt is a very important Marvel character, and we got a fantastic Medusa and Crystal, I think BB deserves that too. - Absorbing Man. - While the sprites could use a small touch-up, the gameplay needs a bit of an overhaul. - Baron Zemo. BZ is a really badass character, and I think it's weird with all Marvel characters we got that there is no good Baron Zemo out there. - The Mandarin. Due to the film, and it's status as one of Ironman's biggest villains, I thought the Mandarin would be in dire need of a more "playable" approach. - Viper. - We really need a more solid Viper. - Shang-Chi. Kind of like with the Mandarin, since the movie I have been hoping for a proper Shang Chi that is less Fei-Long.
New Marvel characters:
Spiderman Characters:
- Spider-Slayer. With so MANY of the best Spiderman villains now released I think Alistair Smythe might be my last SM villain to finish my dream roster of the 90's cartoon. Me and Kyoman made a stage for him ages ago, but still no Smythe yet.
- J. Jonah Jameson. Probably more as a joke than anything else, but I thought that since we have Comissionair Gordon for DC, it would be fun to have someone like J.J for Marvel, kind of like the Mr. Satan of Dragon Ball. J.J is iconic enough, and with the right base and creativity, I think he could of be his own character, easily.
- Swarm. Another bizarre Spidey villain that I think the moveset for a fighting game like mugen would be quite interesting. I would love to see him fight Antman and the Wasp for example.
Ironman Characters:
Crimson Dynamo. - An armoured villain that would be interesting to see. A more bulkier and bustier suit than Ironman and Warmachine's, that would be cool. One of the most enduring armours out there.
Whiplash. - Another interesting Ironman villain that I think would work well in a fighting game like mugen. I expect him to be a more define version of Omega-Red in terms of weapons.
Iron Monger. - Kinda like Crimson Dynamo, but since he is probably the Lex Luthor to Superman as Iron Monger is to Ironman I think he is at least deserved to be mentioned.
Ghost. - Same character that appeared in the Antman & Wasp movie, the gadgets and arsenal of this character is interesting enough to make me wish one day for it to happen.
X-Men:
Magik - A very important missing X-Men for sure. Would love to have the sword wielding badass playable at some point. Wolvesbane - After I saw a WIP many years ago I thought she would be interesting. They used Marrow as a base I remember. I do think she is also one of the missing ones. Pixie. Magma. Romulus - While not a fan favourite, I think, especially for Wolverine, he is a very important villain to have.
Rest of Marvel:
Rest of the Marvel World:
Enchantress - The mystical Thor villain is kind of an important adversary of Thor that's still not created. Hela - Same with the last statement, but her importance and want for me comes from the badass she was portrayed in the movies, making me wish we got to see those awesome blades in a fighting game. Gorr the God Butcher. - THIS is kinda an important character, not only for Thor, but in Marvel in general. Would be a pretty epic character for sure. Batroc the Leaper. - He is an interesting villain that I think deserves to be mentioned. Crossbones. - A pretty badass foe of Cap and other Marvel characters, would love to see him playable at one point. M'Baku/Man-Ape - An iconic Black Panther villain. Wong. - Due to popularity in the MCU and because Wong is an awesome sidekick type of character in the comics I think he could be cool. Clea. - Dormammu's niece, and a powerful sorcerer. Would love to see her one day. Nebula - Probably the Guardian of the Galaxy character we are sorely missing. Howard the Duck - It's actually about time to consider this character at some point. Black Knight - Would be a pretty interesting fighter. After I saw an old WIP concept I was sold. Cloak & Dagger. Would love to see Doom's Dagger one day, same as Trexrell used to work on a Cloak, but that's ages ago, and I think it's up in smoke. I think they are trivial enough to be made for mugen at some point. Doctor Voodoo - Another semi-important character. Frank Drake - From the Midnight Sons. Diamondback - The Luke Cage villain.
And probably many more.
In short, at this moment, here is my top 10:
01. Alistair Smythe - Spider-Slayer. 02. Magik. 03. Baron Zemo.+ 04. Kamala Kahn.+ 05. Black Knight. 06. Hela. 07. Enchantress. 08. The Mandarine.+ 09. Black Bolt.+ 10. Romulus.

I know that it is not the purpose of this topic, but there are important characters, especially from Marvel, that all they need are updates.
Mandarin from Buyog is in alpha state with Gen sprites. Someone with imagination and talent could get something worthy of it.
Red Skull, Absorbing Man, Black Bolt or Ares would only need to improve their gameplays and maybe a bit of sprites fixing.
Wouldn't it be interesting to try to get permissions and recruit a team with MMV people to update these chars? We could even make a list of characters to improve, if the creators of the chars agree...
These things have been done with Spider-Gwen or Morbius and the results were good.

Not sure if he’s listed, but due to the recent MCU announcements, let’s add Kang the Conqueror to the list. Killmonger as an alternative to the Black Panther we have wouldn’t be a bad idea either
