I use a simpler Var, because it will be used only temporarily THIS state, and I could still use the same way to other states (Randomize Sparks and others: P)
Attention!
Assuming that the animation's First Projectile as 100 (purple), the second is 101 (red), and the third 102 (green).
1. Makes 3 Hadouken animations in sequence, (1,2,3)
2. In the state of Proj puts one sctrls "VarRandom" with "Range = [0,2]"
3. In "ProjAnim" puts animation first project "100 + var (*)"
(* = "Var (*)" is the value of the "VarRandom")
