NEEDING HELP WITH MY COMPUTER

Well, my notebook is having issues by getting 100% of CPU use weirdly, and sometimes it makes strange noises from it, making it kinda of unable for use I was looking at some foruns to find a way to fix it, and I've only found out that it can be a windows's bug... Does somebody knows anything about it?

EDIT: it is 100% of Hard Disk use. I just translated wrong

Thanks... It's not my main pc, is an old one, but i'm trying to fix him until I get enough money to recover the good one

Well, I'm brazilian. It ain't hard to understand spanish but I'm not ready for a spanish conversation tho It is a Windows 8 bug, that occurs for using the notebook in movement resulting on a damage in the HD itself... My cousin explained it all to me now and said to me to make those chkdsk /r /f procedures to making it able for using RestoreHealth then. Had you ever fixed this kind of trouble?

The MS Windows System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) is useful too!

By the way, I experienced this HDD high usage issue too, and it was related to the brand of the anti-virus-alien software I was using...........
