Image host problem

while clicking on the image host icon here
the window would open for a split second and then close refusing to open again
no matter how many times id refresh it
i dont know if the advertisement here on this site is causing it or the captcha program but i hope it doesnt persist

Shoot hope someone can fix it but it works on mobile on my side
I don't know anything about the PC side as I've only been on my phone when checking the site
