It sure looks better in size for the feet, just careful with the color loss and contouring.
Btw, how did you do that head candido ? I know it's handmade, but is it from scratch or as a fusion of stuff ?

I did a quick test experimenting Wyler as a base for the legs. Maybe the shading could be an issue, but it could be an alternative for the Hulk [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I really like how it turned out. Maybe I would add a little bit of light on the head, so that it resembles his shoulder.

Wyler as a base would have been nice too. But if the upper part of the character don't match in style with the new legs, maybe the SNK version of Hugo would match.
Otherwise, Monk style would also match for the legs of a MvC style.

Please help me with head shading, I too agree my head doesn't match the shoulder shading

Doing this to every single sprites would definitely have a lot of extra work, although it looks better and is also tempting for a guy like me

Actually looks good for the legs. But feet looks too human and small for me. But when it comes to mine about "feet are very disproportionate", you mean it's too big?
What I love about having hugo and hulk as base are that the character looks like a mixed of in between the muscular and chubby version of King Shark

Agree, 2 bases of snk would definitely match, but should we really go to the snk style of the character?

And here I thought Armaggon's head was useless [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Real nice
For the Snk style, it's up to one's taste. I prefer MvC style sprites personally, and it gives a "style logic" to all comic characters, but it was just an idea if you decided to use Wyler's feet.

I like Hugo + Hulk as the bases, but if you really want to change the legs, you can try Chadha.

Well using hulk as base reason was because atleast we don't have to edit the pants as ripped. So atleast using hulk would give us a consistent ripped pants details.
But aside from hulk, is there any capcom chars that has ripped pants?

Monk doesn't have a ripped pants per se (and is not Capcom, but the style is close), but his pants are cut, so it might work. I'm not sure the format will fit tho
