Mugen Drama drains energy towards creation

FYI, the more mugen drama instigated, the less likely creation gets done.

energy expended on it, means less energy for things that drive this forum and the hobby in general.

you all have no idea how close we were to cancelling the christmas event.

Every Mugen drama can be a problem, because negative emotions are killing an ispiration. We all here for fun, how to me.

People who make drama are the same people who NEVER create a character

Who NEVER made something good for the community


I don't never understand what is the point to made drama for a game we love


Have you ever think there are people spending his time FOR FREE


When you see something you don't like take a breath and be calm bro


The chars we don't like can be update in future so RELAX and Enjoy your time in Mugen

and its not just mugen creation. i've had plans to do many new things for this forum, but i run too low on energy to do it.

We are here for our fun... and make a geat game with every char we can.
New chars... update chars... and more. Even if someone use a char to create a new char...
(like happens with skhsato123 Jane Foster)... its fine and nice.
He did great work till now... if someone can do beter with original sprites and not use someone else base... be my guest.

As i always said we own nothing and not any copy rights of all this.
We create our hobby share what we do as long we dont destroy the char
(as allowed to the crappy MA)... but only improve. Or do something new.
And credit authors and respect.

Im almost 2 mouths cold/flu plus allergy and im still try to complete some updates so will share with all of u with big pleasure. So no drama fit to make me stop doing things and share with u .

So sometimes some do drama here for nothing... we must use our energy to create and be positive.

I will add, that one can comment and advice regarding a new creation in a constructive way.

Example:
"Hey, I noticed that the char disappears when it supposed to do a 'fail grab'. Apart from that this is sweet. Looking forward to the update. Keep it up!'

And I mention this, because recently someone released a full game (not gonna mention names) and someone from another forum, who is well known in the MUGEN community, wrote paragraph after paragraph, criticizing this release in a negative way. Almost as if saying that it should not be made. This for me is 'Drama'.

This made me (who has nothing to do with that full game and just read the comments) feel like stop working on my projects and leave MUGEN. I just imagined all the hard work I am doing, and then to have someone bashing what I do, just because he/she didn't like it. How does this inspires anyone to continue working on a project, which one does not get paid, and does only for the fun of it?

This person should have went on like "Hey, this project has a lot of potential, but I found many issues you should address. Here is a list:". THAT'S IT!

Supporting and helping one another is the best way to achieve many creations in MUGEN. And you can quote me on this.

Exaple: Even will take... Superman change pal and rename Man of Super... hope u all understand what i mean.

So here my point and compare with real life: In real life u see annoying people... bad people...
people that do things that u dont like... and what?Do u stop breath because of that? No u dont.

So no more drama and just do what we do... create chars and have fun with our hobby.

This coversation of drama... already make me to do an update and also half separate pal to Apocalypse
(his pal is very broken to do completed separate pal... already today i did all sprites 6 times...
and did this as half separate pal: head/eyes/tongue/belt symbol

answers is simple, those that crap on artist work don t download it. this s**t with thats my work or that s someones work is wrong. people should look at this diffrent, someone who uses other work is saying they really like that persons work. it s not easy for some to be able to just pick up and make the best sprites. we all are trying to do the same here, make something we all love. this s**t of this is my work or who evers work needs to stop. last i checked this group and other groups are for sharing. people need to stop with craping on others, wake up, help out. get off there horse. same with those asking for money from everyone. that s how we stop the b.s.

as for that lady thor, keep it buddy very nice work. if i seen right i remember at one point that artist asked for help. for the one that made the comments. i did not see you rush is in to help, but you made comments. not cool bro.

It's funny, I left MUGEN Archives Discussion for this very reason,
I left Gaming over this same reason, & I came back to MUGEN to
get away from all of that...

All this Toxic atmosphere is not good for anyone...

I'm glad you guys are not giving up,
this negative energy is exactly why i'm
so hesitant to even upload any creations
of my own on the Internet...

Not just criticizm, but the fact that people
just take your work & either ruin it, or they
go around, & make it into their own credit,
or they even trash it with negative criticizm,
it's just not how I grew up, & it's just very
anti-healthy...

I can fully understand why someone would feel less contributive
to other people on Forums like this, when stuff like this happens...

It's like why do stuff like this & put so much effort into it for
other people, if those people aren't going to respect you??


The way I put is, I just do it for myself, & only myself,
& I do it for fun, & because I want to... Not because
i'm obligated to make others happy... If other people
want to use my stuff, & provide feedback, & like it? Then
i'm just willing to do more of it for them, but they are
not my driving reason for what I do...

At the end of the Day, if people don't provide a healthy
feedback in response, then the Content I create will
just be for me, & strictly only for me, because I again,
am the only one who matters in what I do...

I mean, it's something like that, it's sorta a good way
I have found to build a more healthy environment around
Art that I create... It helps a bit, & I can't be disatisfied
by it, because I can still enjoy it, even if others do not...


If you are being struck down by other people on Forums like this,
& have issues gaining positive feedback for your creations?

I'm more then willing to offer to provide you with that
healthy feedback if you want to strictly keep it more privately
between us only? That way no one will treat you badly...

However, my Hard Drive Space is not infinite,
so I can't give feedback on a large sum of Content,
but I can at least provide you with something... =D


As far as Lady Thor goes??

If your creating Marvel stuff, I do have an interest in Marvel,
& I am building a Universe surrounding it, so maybe who knows,
maybe there is something you got that I might like, =D
