I was already surprised that you didn't launch Jhonny. Thank you very much! I don't know, seeing Jhonny makes me want to play Tarantula, Robotman, Liberty Belle, Firebrand or so many other members of the first All-Star Squad... Maybe one day.

Looks so good I don't know the character at all

I like the sprites, not so much the codebase, but anyways is good implemented I believe is the code for the first jay garrick in mugen.

I like sprites as well! It looks good and does have some neat appropriate moves.

A couple notes though:
- the second 'dashing' super appears to do no damage (or very little anyways)
- he doesn't seem to have a launcher? But not sure if that's on purpose
- no audio, but assuming that's tough, Jhonny quick probably doesn't have any easily referenceable

Either way, wasn't expecting much considering the small file size, but was pleasantly surprised!

Great release bro, Although I don't know the character, it looks well done and I really like it.
But you must look at these details to take into account (I spend with Peacemaker)
The base you use is from Captain America, it is a base that has very visible disproportions in its sprites. Look at these examples of yours

You have to make many corrections to their sprites (waist area)

With a bit of correction it should look something like this


The same thing happened to me with Peacemaker, and doing the sprites I realized... That this base is disproportionate, currently there is a Whirlwind char that has the same problem. (Which is normal for using this Cap. America base. .. without offending and always respecting all the author's work). It is for you to take into account for future projects. The rest is very good.
