White Dragon Fix Release

White Dragon from DC, a Villain for Peacemaker. I released this edit of New 52 Lex Luthor before but the palettes were terrible as i was still learning at the time how to edit palettes properly. Now they are fixed and hes no longer an eyesore. Happy new year everyone!

Added intro made by @fede de 10 I tried to use the Palettes from @yolomate but for some reason they dont show up in game.

Yes I am Jose Bueno, I prefer to leave my name as Joeybananas because that is the usual screen name i use online, When i posted my character edits on Mugen Archive however I made my screen name as simply jose bueno becuase it was a second account because i lost access to my original account lol.
