ie tires rocks beams whatever…usually that tends to hurt people before the drowning while in rushing water

It doesn't have hitsparks because it takes them by default from the mugen in which you have it, do you want bigger hitsparks? then you can change it from mugen or edit the sff where they come from in your mugen. About adding rocks, rains, etc... I apart from correcting major bugs I have no thought of adding anything else, imagine if I had to do it, I would never finish, because everyone would want something different, for me you can edit it to your liking for your mugen, if you want to update it to your liking and publish it I have no problem, just ask Jspiderman171717 before. And about the inspiration, when I asked the same to Jspiderman171717 his answer seemed to me more than valid, he always wanted to have that hydroman that wucash never published.
pilgrim,good answer!!! we can t make a requesting charachters i understand every member posts to improve in a better way the single character but creators have a concept of that character and they develop that idea of that character everyone has got personal idea of every characters (respecting original comics powers ) mugen is neverending so we should add a new special or hyper every week then every feedback and corrections are welcome please respect author character concept and anyway your new ideas are welcome
just ideas. you never know. folks inspired me when I thought about going a certain direction with a char.
I think scarlet witch turned out for the best.

also, guy gardner...which i think the new take on him that was done if far better than what I had going on.
again, not request just ideas because I'm more of the type who likes to see it more than play it if that makes sense

Yeah I also have no problem with people wanting to edit the char and add more things to it, I also have an open source stance on it. But as Pilgrim says, if these aren't major fixes that are really worth going back to the char and updating, I won't be doing anything else with Hydroman in the near future either. And if in this char in particular my main goal was to get as close as possible to both moveset and sprites from the original wucash material, my feeling of nostalgia made me feel that this guy really deserved to see the light of day if that makes sense. I really hope you continue to enjoy the char
