| Once upon a time there was an all new creator in Mugen. He was brand new and at the time he did not know about things regarding editing and permission. He did not release anything but only showed off some screenshots of what he did and was attacked because due to that forum's thoughts on Mugen permissions and editing people's work was thought of as a bad thing.
It would not be surprising if that newbie decided then never to share again or create anything for others based on that interaction.
Who was that newbie? It was zvitor.
Now imagine if you will if he had a different kind of fortitude, one where he decides to completely disappear from confrontation. How different would your Mugen look today without him?
The point of this story, never attack a newbie creator. You never know what they might create in the future or who they may become. Treat them the way you'd like to be treated, with respect. That is just another reason why we have the rules that we do on respect.

| "Truer words were never spoken" here's a quick overview of what zvitor has done for anyone who doesn't know this man. https://i.imgur.com/6S47TdR.png I remember those days at scruffydragon and zvitor showed up with his first wip for the first time. I think it was Aquaman? | |

| Yup,true is this volz,i remember those scruffy days.....point is the golden rule"do unto others as you wish them to do unto you", respect goes alot longer ways than sarcasm and crap talking. i welcome all people into the community because everyone has something of value to donate even if its just feedback or encouragement. Cheers and god bless or whatever you may believe in. | |

| I started noticing Zvitor a lot more after he kept releasing every week or month LOL I don't like to credit others or myself because of the issue of pride but Zvitor did inspire me to create more. I even wanted him to be my Pokemon styled rival I don't doubt that he made many creators out there jealous But yes, a very inspiring story, Big things have small beginnings | |

| Love all of his works to date just wish he would update and make batgirl better i love to play with her but it's just lacking..hint hint!!
Yeah i'm old school mugen and the community on some of the other forums got so bad i hardly even visit them now due to elitest attitudes.
Its one thing to critize a new creators work to help them improve and another to just degrade them because they haven't learnt the ways of the mugen engine or the way you need to act or treat others work.
Everyone needs to learn and you do it step by step you dont need someone dropping a ton of bricks on you so you then just get discouraged and give up.

This is so true, the mugen community gets destroyed and bitter when we divide ourselves and attack others. I've noticed MFG mods getting tired recently of disrespectful and rude behavior towards newcomers. I think after all these years they are finally starting to get just how important it is to have a positive environment for newcomers. Many forums just don't realize that new creators and new members are our future and the lifeblood to a forums activity.

I don't think you specifically; you and Dany had a rough start, I think it is language barrier and cultural differences and maybe age difference But we all need a reminder of just how valuable the nobody can be
