HOLY! Although it may seem like a small edit, I REALLY LOVE IT! It's been years of wait to get Red Hood with the bat symbol on his chest. Did you do any edits other than the sprites?

just sprites plus color separation and changed the throwing helmet intro into winpost

Totally! That's why I love it so much.
Dang.. it really makes me want to have Artemis of Bana-Mighdall and a revamp of Bizarro, so we can all get the main roster of the Outlaws!
PS: Several parts of Zangief can be a good base for Bizarro II

Pretty good edit. Red Hood looks more unique now. Haven't test him yet, but hope to do it soon! Very nice work.
