Just wanted to add that if you need some more interesting sprites/move ideas, Midler from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has some really cool moves/sprites you could use:

I can't find the pic, but Kyle made some constructs kind of like those in JLA when Grant Morrison was writing it. If those are too Joker-ish for you, here is a perfect car super you could do, straight from the comics:

This is simply incredible logansam, the hypers are perfect and very creative, you overcame this time, this is your best character.

can't wait to try him out, finally all four earth green lanterns in mugen. (Baz doesn't count to me)

you asked about little changes, here is some feedback:
- maybe edit the silver samurai move a little so look a little less like silver samurai
- do the same thing with the sentinel move
- if need more hyper ideas, maybe a white lantern move and/or the time he used all spectrums of the lantern for 1 attack
