If I am going to sprite Max Power, I require a base that has jeans and boots that has a lower body that is also not too big or small, if at all possible. ^_^ I am VERY passionate about this character, and I would LOVE absolutely ANY help I can get with him. Please and thank you! ^^

I'd say you could always check out. Kyosuke from Rival Schools. Batsu from Rival Schools. Akito, an original edit in Mugen, or simply CVS version of Terry Bogard, which got that. Maybe even a sprite pal of Reiji Yamazaki in CVS too could fit.

More? Hmm. Jimmy Lee, Oni and Radel from Rage of the Dragons could work.
