it's not finished yet. many sprites will be different in the final version

He's almost there. Imagine this WIP to be around 15 years ago. I'm just missing the OG's and finishing this to give appreciation to the works I grew and loved.

What a Smooth animation. Despite there's a frame that's a bit awkward in it, It feels 'alive' to the point that -if I didn't know about this WIP project- I might think he is officially made by a big gaming company, such as SNK.
