Fighting-related anime and cartoons series

Post your favourite series or any you'd suggest to watch.
So far, the ones I know:
- Street Fighter 2 Victory (legendary )
- Street Fighter The Animated Series (hmm... too much G.I. Joe feel to me...)
- TMNT (the '87 one... old school and good memories)
- Biker Mice (again, memories)
- Hokuto No Ken / Fist of the North Star (again, the old one)
and can't remember more than these.
Reason to ask this? I got bored of watching humor cartoon like Beavis&Butthead, FamilyGuy, SouthPark, etc. all of which become just very ethically toxic in the end or lead to dementia on the long run. Ok, some fun is good once in a while... but watch a complete set in a row and it'll change your mind the bad way...

Looking for something "tougher" or at least less stupid than comic cartoons (yet nothing gory or nerdy.. just fighting-related, you know) so any suggestion is appreciated.
