O seems to be very open for helping or approving things as long as he is informed and asked beforehand of a creation being in developement. He is an incredible coder as well, so ask too. Candido is great too of course, but since you were originally thinking of Doom and O's work I think you should try that as well. Who knows? A mixture of both could only become a killer custom.

Yeah, I saw his work and it's really impressive, I'm quite flattered by his proposal. However, I really started using O's character as a base, and I did the majority of the work with it, it would be a waste to start all over (even if it's not really the case, I still have the sprites). That's why I would prefer continuing as it is if possible, and keeping Candido's proposal as an option (one of the best option ever if you ask me, I'm still not sure I deserve it ^^)

Sadly, he did not... Yet at least. I asked him about a week ago, and he did not respond. I'll try asking him again soon, maybe going through another of his accounts, hoping for an answer. If I don't have one, I don't know yet...

Sorry for the delay, I've been busy. Really thanks for your nice attitude of asking first.
About using Bullseye as your base, its okay to me. But I just want to ask one thing: try to not make him just a "skin" or cosplay of Bulseye (like having all the same moves with just different sprites).
And don't forget to credit me and Doom Smile

It was already my intention, I have on Special and one Super in mind, and some cosmetic changes that might give a different vibe to some attacks.
