So I'll leave this here for anyone interested in completing this character. It needs a few sprites, and some of them are already done, just need to be added to the .sff. Many thanks to my friend BiGPiMP for adding most of the sprites to the .sff. Needs voice clips, stance animation, hypers.

well, guys, there is work going on this guy behind the scenes too not by me and not by Dev, but by someone with not less experience people from the old days, who never really announced themselves publicly returning, so i guess i should not do it here either
but just so you guys know all the cards. not to discourage anyone, but to encourage you work on this not because you feel that this guy needs finishing (because im fairly sure those people will finish him), but rather if you really have good ideas that you feel need incorporating (like Shining said)
