something i just noticed, maybe increase head size in stance. either manually or copay paste from another frame that'd fit. notice how from moving into whatever other movements out of the stance, the head size changes.
also please dont forget to make a new animation for drinking the potion bit. that animation clashes heavily in sprite style and size with the rest of the character sprites.
