wow, i seen so many works from him that is hard to think he would be a scammer. the problem here is that u got no way to make sure u get your money back. maybe a better way for future commissions is to pay per set, example idle, u pay half and when complete u finish the the other half payments instead of going with a bigger percentage. so taking it smaller parts should be better in case u going to get scammed. this way something goes wrong u only lose a bit of money and not a chunk of money. still this is not good and people like this should be banned from sites so they cant get to more people. i hope some admin here helps ban the guy for good and any others doing this scams. sorry to hear about u getting scam mate.
