The second one does not seem a good fighting stance. Between the first and the third, the first one is better in showing Fisk's arrogance and strong posture. So, I'd go with the first one.

The first one IS Kingpin's attitude and charisma, the only thing that actually makes me like the third one seemingly more is because of the way the head is turned. If you had the head turned like the third one in the first one it would be the best outcome in my opinion.
