Help with mugen Chars 2.0

Hi , I´m Going to post this topic for help when some char makes me a problem , post bellow to make only one post XDDD.  But... If someone wanna put some problem with a char, you can do it.
Anyway...
I´m Having a problem with the uno tag tem patcher 2.0 with some characters.
Error message: Player has too many commands. Only 128 unique commands labels allowed.
Error in Kal-el_unotag\Super.cmd
Error loading chars/Kal-el\Kal-el_unotag.def
Error loading p1

Library error message: Error reading sprite
Cutscene error reading ./chars/Kal-el\intro2.def

This for example with that vertion of superman, It happens the same with the newest gentleman Ghost and Martian Manhunter, a lot of characters and i want to know how can i fix that

How can i know what command deleit on the cmd?

And I´m having serious bugs problems with this Superman. Principaly with Batman.

Superman bugs when Batman makes an hyper and still freezed, the same with a outro move of batman tooking Superman

Iálready fix the problem with tag team patcher!! but not the bugs of superman. Anyway. I was trying to take off the Light speed move of the final vertion of Prospectone´s Superman and supergirl. But i haven´t a good ressults. One time i was abble to take off that move. But he begun to bugs alooot. Then I try to fix it but... I wasn´t able to take off the move even if i do the saaamee. Someone has the solution for this casse?
