Damn looks so good, oh how I wish this was the full sprited doc oc that I'm coding.
With this as a boss in your game, it'll be perfect to give a Spider-Man TAS nostalgic vibe. Specially with Kraven on the works. Hydroman is whom I feel is missing, I had a head swap sprites back then of SVSF's Cody but I lost them.

i had boss version of Zvitor's bastion (the one that was used in second coming game), and that character really felt like he is complete when you fight against him, but he only had basic movements, 2 or 3 heavy punches and specials/hypers. and Zvitor later went out and updated him to be fully playable, so nothing was lost
i just want to add him as soon as possible, and not turn him into a "forever wip" getting burned out making infinte punches and kicks

well, we will have different wips, its perfectly fine. people would prefer different costumes and styles anyway and yeah, honestly, kraven was one of those characters i thought we would never see, just how amount of details required outweighs his popularity as a villain (for most people), but thanks to deanjo, we are getting there and shame about hydroman sprites man. cody actually does seem like a good base

Outstanding Work really!! the walking forward is always one of the most hard but this time with the Tentacles is 100 time harder
Animation Super Clean and Solid, i like alot best of luck on him!!!!

Im defo interested in this character and after kraven's done ill help out with him. I wanted to see how hard the legs would be so did this very basic anim.
The simplicty of the base sprite i think would work out very well for any team to get together and get him done, the legs are more time consuming than anything else.

You have to basically clone this sprite over and over to make the legs.
I think it was 12 pixels circle for the size, easy but lengthy.

crosspotts1.0, about tentacle movement, perhaps simulate whip movements, and build each ball around the movement. Each ball on top of a whip design

That looks fantastic
This isnt finished as it needs the ends adding and movement added too but its looking good so far.
It also needs the lighting adjusted on the top arms.
