DC Vs MARVEL editing chars

OHHH the great palette maker yolomate. My honor to get message from u. I start greate palettes after i see many of ur works. So are u talking about Rhino?
Cause i have collect all my chars before 1+ years back... from here there everywhere.
So i have them in my roster and if some of them need some update/edit and i can do... i do it for personal use cause i wanna avoid troubles with creators at mugen version...because really creators are DV/MARVEL.
So if i can help u with something... my pleasure.

Just release them, say what edits you’ve made and credit the original author

A lot of the authors of the older DC/Marvel characters are long gone to even attempt to reach out to for permission

As much as some ppl hate their characters being edited, once it’s released they have no control over where it’s hosted or who edits it

The best thing to do is just credit the original author for what they did and note your changes

There’s already a bunch of authors scared to release their work and only available to watch on YouTube because ppl don’t do the above... as long as you do the above, you should be fine

Sadly few people forgot thst we dont own those chars anyway... belongs to DC/MARVEL.. and as we are fun of them and to mugen... we should corporate eachother to make chars better and better and share.
Its not easy just to upload them... because dont know who will like or who will get angry.
Alredy happens small misuntestood with Jarro77 about his mephisto.So after little talk with him... he gave me permission the update/edit version i did to keep it for my self.So reupload his char with 2 things i told him...but u all cant have my edit with separate colors.
To be honest.. anyway i did it for personal use... but also its nice to share.(Not all agry with me i guess).
As u see its easy to get misuntestood.
OOHH and if someone should get the real credits... one of them is STAN LEE(R.I.P)..Tnx for all those characters u gave us abd we grow up with them from our childhood.

Yolomate...about Spawn u can find him but i have do many edits to him.
About Rhino i did many edits and updates to him.
About Thanoseid only one exist from the original mugen creator... never got update or edit...and i did
my things too him...as new hyper with gauntlet gems... and more.

Idk man.. I say just upload it but hey I’m just 1 person.. it’s not like you’re trying to discredit what whoever previously did and act like you did it all

I never understood why ppl promote finished edits and characters that they won’t share with us lol no offense but it’s been happening for years.. it’s like, if you’re not gonna ever upload it then why get us excited about it? What’s the point?

Also, in regards to Spawn.. you do know Spawn was originally a CVG collaborative effort right, which Cybaster at MFG later edited the codes and fixed bugs on his own without permission but because he did a good job and is well respected, everyone (including the authors) acknowledged his edit as an official release

Its Shining's idea to start this here...so to talk and if will be ok the i can share the chars.
Also i did say to Shining to make a team who ever want so we complete or update chars that need it.
I guess Shining watch what all u write here.

This is where the chancethegamer is pointing at.

I mean you announced that you've done an edit of Spawn which BetoMc replied that it's an open source, meaning you can share them whenever and wherever you want.

By which some people might be interested of that edit to be shared. Yet you just ignored them and announced another new finished edit.

Some of us will completely lose hope or interest in the works that you have done for you made us exited but has shared nothing yet only pictures and words.
