Boss char

I'm not the only one busting my tail-bone trying to find this character. I Can't Do It! I even tried to surprise others by giving them this character!, but he's NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! His name is simply: "BOSS," That's It! No idea what he's from; no idea where he was downloaded by whoever uploaded this image. Seriously, it's been YEARS! I actually feel kinda bad requesting this, because of the frustration that comes with trying to find this dude!!!

ok , got this from an extremely reliable source that the person who made him ,never release's anything, he just likes to show them off ....so your probably never going to have this, cause id also like to have this, so im right there with ya
