Trafalgar Law, the captain of the Heart Pirates and the Surgeon of Death, is a Supernova and a member of the Worst Generation -- a group of twelve rookie pirates who arrived at the Sabaody Archipelago at the same time, with bounties of at least 100,000,000 or more.
Law's epithet comes from his Devil Fruit, the Op-Op Fruit, which gives him... let's say "eccentric" medical abilities that allow him to poke and prod at someone's body and rearrange them however he sees fit. This includes, but is not limited to; the ability to painlessly sever someone's head and leave them alive; the ability to switch someone's body with another; the ability to remove someone's heart; and more.
He's a deadly fighter all around and should not be taken lightly.
Here, Law has been recreated in MvC2 style as best as I could do, with six palettes to choose from. He's a tactical fighter who can dish out high damage if his moves are used effectively -- instead of being a rushdown character, or a zoner, his ROOM techniques allow him to control the battlefield however he wants. See what you can do with him!
Also, a small request... for the time being, please do not reupload this character anywhere! I already plan to release this character on other websites, I'm only releasing him here now because it's MMV's birthday and I want to celebrate! I promise I'm not a stickler, but if you guys could respect that, it would be great! Just for the time being, I'd like Law to stay on this website.

I believe @087-B specifies in fixing and editing existing char He hasn't created or shown any wip of his own, afaik

Yeah all my creations are just based on existing characters. That's all my characters are and that's all they will be.
I'm not an artist and have no intention of learning how to sprite. So this is all I plan on doing. ^_^
