Boa Hancock, the Pirate Empress, is the captain of the Kuja Pirates stationed at Amazon Lily. She was formerly a member of the Shichibukai, a system under the World Government that hired pirates for their cause -- however, with the dissolution of that system, she's a wanted criminal once again.
She's infamous for her curse to turn anyone who she turns her back on to stone -- but this isn't the case. Instead, when she was a young slave, she was force fed the Love-Love Fruit, and has a slew of devil fruit powers pertaining to infatuation. Despite her cold and heartless exterior, there's only one person outside of her pirate family that she loves -- she's head over heels for Monkey D. Luffy.
Hancock has been faithfully recreated in MvC2 style with tons of kicks and love attacks! I couldn't come up with twelve palettes for her, so she just has the standard six.
Also, a small request... for the time being, please do not reupload this character anywhere! I already plan to release this character on other websites, I'm only releasing her here now because it's MMV's birthday and I want to celebrate! I promise I'm not a stickler, but if you guys could respect that, it would be great! Just for the time being, I'd like Hancock to stay on this website.
