During these apocalyptic times, I was thinking it was very appropriate to update this apocalyptic char
What was done:
-added dust on stomp move + new sound -changing walk sound -AI method fixed, both cmd files are for winmugen. the only difference between them is the regenerate code present in "doomsdayAI.cmd", to make the char harder to beat. -some useless stuff deleted in sff file & sound file (& I'm not sure I have deleted all lol).

blue color appears when the char is at his maximum level of power...
