What, a new Spec Ops char?
This is Heavy Strike, an edit over Cable (no kidding) which were to be released since 2010. Since people keeps asking me for this char, I decided to release it. It features all things from Spec Ops (dino damage, hard AI, tons of moves), many weapons and 3 modes.

forgive my ignorance, but because spec ops where it came thanks in advance .. on the other hand looking at the video the other attacks set his fusion capcom characters is interesting, very interesting.
perdonar mi ignorancia, pero porque spec ops de donde salio gracias de antemano.. por otro lado se mira en el video el conjunto de ataques de otros personajes capcom su fusion es interesante, muy interesante.

Spec Ops is the mugen oldest project still alive. It started in 2002. its a full game with overpowered chars, hard to be beaten.
