I can draw the missing sprites for the Big Wheel. But I need someone who can encode the character

A boss is possible, a playable? Yes, that could work, but it woud be very unique in term of fighters. We have had weirder designs for playable, so that would be a feat. M.O.D.O.K and Mojo was made, so why not Big Wheel too? Good luck, it's unexpected, but oh so funny.

I hope BigPimp joins upon this thread to throw his two cents into the discussion, since he has experience with bosses, mini-game fighters and of course complex and interesting codes in fully fledge playables.

while i think you might be having fun, it wont work as a char. look at the wheel. how will it roll? it wont with current looks
