Claude from GTA3 released.

now claude is in mugen. claude is a silent guy and he didn't talk even one word in gta3. so i didn't use voices for him.

Wow, I played GTA3 a lot in the past and it feels great
to see Claude in mugen (plus weird at the same time )  
and you have brought him to life really well, the sprites
are beautiful, I also like his moves too (especially the
baseball bat & that move where he calls maria) ..Great Job

also Just like to say that I never thought I would see GTA
