If i can get someone to make a sprite-sheet for Mr.Sinister in the art style that looks legit to MvC i will code him.
To anyone who may not know this guy he was big in the 80's and 90's as a X-men villain

Wasn’t there a guy named The Arlequin that had sprites for him? Maybe you can contact him and take over his WIP

We really need a Mr Sinister to MUGEN. Go ahead with your project. Once I tried to edit these sprites it was getting good. But as I was not sure who would claim the work or if there was already someone polishing that character with these sprites I gave up working on them. In the end, I ended up losing the file with all the progress.

this one without a doubt is my favorite villain after Magneto, if you want I can try to edit new animations with his sprites that you already have ready... although my time is short..

Even beta with simple cape gonna be good. I guess, it is possible just to rework cape in future updates.

I like the version posted by Robson he have alot of potential
