Is this possible to upload slow mugen video onto youtube?

I just played 4 VS 4 patch on Watch mode between Team Spider-Man VS Team Wolverine:

On Team Spider-Man I chose:

Spider-Man (Me) I played Spider-Man,
Spongebob Squarepants,
Goku
and
John Cena from WWE.

And


On Team Wolverine I picked:

Wolverine,
Patrick Star,
Vegeta,
and
Stone Cold Steve Austin from WWE.

But, my video is too slow! Haha.
I tried Game Booster from 360 Total Security.
And I used Bandicam to record my mugen.

I wanna ask you a question: Is this possible to upload slow mugen video onto youtube?
