regarding black manta, i guess when i DL'd the first time, file was corrupted because it crashed mugen making me think v1.1

also, may i now please request the stage gart used in his video in the manta topic....

trying one last time for party favor ideas. thought is a bomb that explodes with confetti, streamers, etc.
