Congratulations, the char is Phenomenal I could not wait the time to be able to test it and it's incredible fantastic, I'm glad that now the black plaid has finally joined the family of DC chars, congratulations to all involved in this project.

Wow... Finally Black Manta have come! Amazing job! I will test him today and share my feedback.

Really a great Release i like the moves you added, using urien as a base and add new moves is not easy but you do it well obviously there are some things to be fixed and improved adding new moves in future but obsiously there is Always time to make an Update if we have Black Manta in mugen we have to thank you really cool Man hope to see more of you
