From the sounds of it you have everything you need to "trigger" the move to work.
You can try troubleshooting it...
Try using the same movement as another move that does "trigger".
You will want to disable the original move while testing.
See if it triggers...
If it does trigger, there is something wrong with the movement you have coded. Try another movement.
If the move still does not trigger, you know it is something wrong with the CNS.
If the character disappears, you know it is something with the SFF or AIR files.
