Constantine was a project inspired by the work of Paradox & Shining.
VIDEO Nick Necro came out from the first attempt to make Constantine. But thanks to his comments, the project did not stay stuck and it turned out to be very satisfactory

He looks to have Specials and Supers, but no Hypers
