New one... it's Yajirobei from DragonBall Z (slightly different than the original)
Great piece of art. I always like your coloring style. However, there's one anatomical issue shown here. It's like his head is twisted to the back. You should display his chin.

most probably I'll draw some other fan-art next, probably Kazuo Kiriyama (a veeery bad dude) or Mitsuko Soma (a lady, once in a while...), still undecided... stay tuned ^^'
Yes! Battle Royal! Go for it!
thank you for your feedback and support, about the chin/neck: please mind the perspective/angle of the char giving the illusion of such area (below the head) to "disappear" and also the hair and his vest directly covering the chin. Claviculas and pectoral muscles also aid giving the impression of his head being placed back... so honestly, I can understand that "looks" like a defect or an issue, but it's not according to my view, sorry.
sometimes you got to go against stereotypes, even in figurative art: for example, try this experiment, watch your hand in a weird position of fingers and from a non-canonical angle... if you drew what you saw nobody could ever tell that's a human hand, rather a sort of tentacle-monster. If I drew that as well, there would be people asking me (very unpolitely) : "hey is his hand chopped or what duuh?" or something like that. I'm used to such cases, so I can pretty much foresee that.
it's a matter of habits, I guess: we're used to see characters drawn with their face fully viewable (because nowadays everything goes around the face)... you can see that on social medias as well, where the most liked artworks are the one concerning very long necks, neat lines, cute facial traits, etc... definitely not what I'm looking for, to be honest. I sincerely don't "dig" such canons or they just do not interest me at all. I recognize there's technique in them, but they dont' inspire me much...

A lot of originality and magic in your illustrations.
Are they all pieces of fan art, part of some personal project or are commissions jobs?

thanks! they're all of them, I mean, it's fan art sometimes when I make characters which I didn't invent myself (very often), a personal project as it's a way to learn and improve (anatomy, painting, perspective, etc...), but unfortunely not commissions because nobody but my own inspiration ever asked me to do anything (except for a couple of cases many years ago, from which I didn't earn so much afterall, lol) So, to summarize, it's just a hobby. Maybe when I'll reach a professional level I could make a profession out of it but it seems I'm just too far from that level atm.. or maybe it's just the times, I mean, with things like MidJourney I don't think people could ever be interested in paying for custom art if all they have to do is to type some words and get a masterpiece from a shallow algorythm. Robot-age! lol

Sometimes so much passion is put into hobbies that it doesn't matter if they end up being profitable. But rest assured that if there is talent, as in your case, you will also see recognition.
It is true that many people believe that everything on the web is free and free to use as they please. But at the same time there are others who understand the time, dedication, creativity, effort and love that the original authors put into their creations. There is always a balance even if at first glance it seems like an unfair system.
Either way, keep your drawings and art flowing. It looks great.

Thanks, yeah, I agree with that. Lately the concept of "sharing" on the Internet has changed, but I should have no right to speak as I'm downloading music and movies, you know, I'm part of the problem too. As for art commissions or practice/exhibits I think it's different than music, movies, or something commercially generic (which is made for an audience, the broader the audience the more profitable the result). In both cases (commissions or just pure practice) either it's always a specific person that gains the results (the client in case of commission, the artist him/herself in case of practice).
Thank you again for your support, I really do this kind of art for those who like to "dig in" rather than "surf up"...
