It is pretty easy to add a little movement. All you do is cut, copy, paste, move over a few pixels and repeat.
Here is an example.
I took and made it look like he was moving by cut, copy paste, move over a few pixels.
The chest was the same process.

If you add the sprites to fighter factory, add them in the animations file there is a GIF export tool. It will make a GIF for you.
Alternately you can create a GIF from multiple images online with EZGIF.com you can cut, rotate, resize and everything all online.
