As my friend said, they are just two sprites, you can edit them to match your new palette, use the time 50 ticks for new animation.

It's a good start, but 2 frames is too little for an stand (in fact, for any animation). I like to use 5 frames for the stand and leave it in that order
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 4 - 3 -2
1 to 5 being the breath in movement and 4 - 3 - 2 the breath out movement
I use this animation as a reference for breathing. there are 6 frames of breath in and 6 frames of breath out
