To make the sprites, I used a 3D model and took screenshots of each individual frame of movement in order to animate him like stop motion. I used one base sprite to create a color index for palettes, and then forced each subsequent sprite to conform to that palette. After that it was all the usual coding that goes into MUGEN characters. Smile
