I like it but remember Captain Planet no uses cape!

Playing around with coding custom lifebars. Today I decided to do my version of a life bar.

It is coded into the character, and uses a small portrait that shows more and more damage until you are dead. I got the idea from Batman Doom, and used sprites from it, just cleaned them up a bit.




I'm thinking of taking over the small portrait at the top of the screen with the changing head that shows the damage you have taken throughout the round.

Another idea is to have blood drip down over the small portrait covering it as you get hurt during the round.

This same code can be used for an actual lifebar, and can be moved anywhere on the screen.

When complete I will release a template, and the code along with descriptions of what everything does.
