DRAGON BALL CVS

does anyone remember these characters?
They are Chars Made by TOPS!
for me they are the best Dragon Ball characters made for MUGEN!!
Does anyone know what happened to this author?
I would like to continue to make characters of this style for exemple Trunks , broly ,etc...
Someone interested in this project make a team in creating dragon ball character of this style

I searched and found a MMV user, TOPS ( http://mugenmultiverse.fanbb.net/u645 ), whose MMV join date was 2012-09-14......but this TOPS had never made a post here.........not sure about whether it is the same TOPS in your mentioning though........

Oh there is another MMV user, T.O.P.S ( http://mugenmultiverse.fanbb.net/u8 ), whose MMV join date was 2012-04-30........and this T.O.P.S looks like he/she/it had left MMV to Crusader Cast, in his last post made on some years/months ago.........still, not sure about whether it is the same TOPS in your mentioning though........
By the way, this T.O.P.S had already been banned by previous MMV admins/mods (not by the newer MMV admin/mod me).........

Well, my MUGEN forum experience tells me that, the empty TOPS seems to be the banned T.O.P.S' "forum ban evasion action result"........

Sorry I am not familiar with both TOPS and T.O.P.S at all......I just tried to provide information I could find about both MMV users whose user names look like the TOPS in your mentioning.....

It would be the same T.O.P.S. in question for sure. TOPS was around even before mugenmultiverse, and was part of the original split from the previous website years ago (sorry I forget it's name). A couple of the other website communities that spawned from that split were "crusader cast" [https://web.archive.org/web/20161012033012/http://crusadercast.com:80/] (this is the one that TOPS moved to, but website has since split again) and "cavern of creativity" [http://cavernofcreativity.com]. As far as I remember there was some sort of disagreement between MMV admins and TOPS about the "Symbiote Wars Project" Spiderman game and they went their separate ways. I don't believe TOPS has been around the mugen scene for a long time.

I can get be hind this and give suggestion but I'm not sure I can sprite or code

What a pity .. I really like his characters. symbiot chars and dragon bal chars!!
