First, he needs a total different outfit; he needs boots, a tee and loose hair, not pony tail. Also, he needs a completely different set of moves, not a Tiger copy. But I doubt any of you guys here are able to do such things. Just do a palette and call it a day.

in my opinion it could be a decent work with a thunder in his chest and some improvement
surely it won t be the character of the century
and i want encurage people to work and to realize something in mugen  
only creating , making errors , releasing chars(stage/screenpack/palette/voices etc) a person could gain great level of mugenmaker

Por eso peleábamos con Logansam: él jamas daba permiso para editar sus chars(siendo que él si usaba sprites de otros supuestamente pidiendo permiso pero jamas lo daba para sus chars, celoso de sus creaciones eh?)...vos fijate los chars que creo carpa5 no es el mismo sprite y no es solo una nueva palette!! utiliza la base y algunos poderes pero le agrega nuevos sprites para que se parezca ponele a Kryptonite Man!!no es el mismo aunque esta basado en el Capitan Atom de Logansam.Siendo que Mugen es libre... se pueden intercambiar poderes ponele de un Akuma con un Goku etc etc hay miles de variantes...repito un spritewap no es solo un cambio de palette(aunque este Doc Samson lo es, aunque fijate que le pongo que necesita mejoras etc etc)

y eso es lo que es, coges un personaje que esta terminado y simplemente le cambias el color, los logos, el nombre, la cabeza y si te da tiempo por este "arduo" trabajo le pones una que otra cosa.
fijate en los trabajos que se liberan por aquí. martian hunter por ejemplo de esa base existen ya varios "otros héroes".

descarga uno de estos supuesto trabajos y míralos bien, es la mejor forma de tener una opinión clara y no dejarse echar cuento de personas que justifican sus acciones....

yo veo que ese último y el anterior no son iguales al tuyo, no le cambiaron la palette y el nombre y listo, yo veo que le agregaron cosas para que el último por ejemplo sea lo que representa: Sentinel Alan Scott y igualmente el anterior ya que como es " el hermano gemelo malvado" del tuyo tiene cierta lógica que sea parecido pero tiene unos sprites agregados, unas imágenes agregadas y eso para mi lo hace diferente...una cosa es "...simplemente le cambias el color, los logos, el nombre, la cabeza..." y otra cosa es lo que se ve finalmente: un personaje, si con cosas de otros personajes, pero cuando lo usas para luchar no piensas en eso...piensas mmm voy usar (ejemplos de spritewap ok?)Dark Akuma vs Cyber Destroyer Akuma( que si bien es casi es el mismo pero hecho con más poderes y unos cuantos mas sprites y un simple cambio de voz)no piensas en si es spritewap...piensas que poderes hará etc...después uno mismo evalúa si es un char malo o no...lo disfrutas primero e inclusive lo borras si no te gusta...ejemplo es este Doc Samson: necesitas mas cositas por ahora, para mi por ahora si  es eso de " ...simplemente le cambias el color, los logos, el nombre, la cabeza..." yo solo espero que lo mejore y que no sea tan Tiger ok?nadie te dice uy no voy a descargar los personajes de Logansam por tengo estos spritewap...dice: estos sirven y si no me gustan los mando a la papelera de reciclaje y los borran...asi de simple.

y te repito Logansam yo no cree ningún spritewap...solo le hice palettes para que lo usen libremente quien quiera...como usted uso las botas del capitán américa para usarlas en este personaje yo tambien agarre el personaje de Carpa5(Kryptone man) basado en el tuyo(Captain Atom, que cualquiera puede darse cuenta que aunque tiene parecidos sprites , sus poderes y otras cosas lo hacen diferentes) y le hice palettes, nada más que eso.Si crees que te roban etc retira tus chars, dejas el Mugen y úsalos privadamente, es simple.
